FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM
Please Note:
Please wait for an approval number to be provided before returning any item.
An approval can take up to 7 business days.
Approved returns are due back to G.C Duke Equipment within 10 business days in new, saleable condition.
All items must be in the original packaging.
Certain items are excluded from the return policy and are not eligible for return including engines and special ordered items.
A credit will be provided within 7 business days of G.C Duke Equipment receiving the return.
